Well abortion is quite unrelated to the issue at hand, but he is justified in having the constitutional stance on that issue.
Parts of the Civil Rights Act violated property rights. He had a constitutional stance on it, not a racist one. He also opposed it on the grounds that not enough has been done to help and respect racial minorities. What he has said and the policies he advocates, do much more and pay much more respect to blacks and other minorities more so than anything else.

Canada’s Radio Act makes it illegal for news outlets to knowingly broadcast anything false or fabricated. TYT did a story about it, and Cenk was against the idea because he was concerned there would be some sort of bureaucracy that decides what is and what isn’t true (and that this interferes with free speech). In reality, there is no “truth in media” supervisory panel. It’s cut and dry; if it’s true, it’s news. If it’s NOT true, then it’s NOT news. Simple as that.
