Google and Yahoo results giving wrong websites!?

Question by Jeff B: Google and Yahoo results giving wrong websites!?
When I search for anything in google or yahoo, they give me the wrong results, for example when I search for “google” it gives me the right description of the website
Google
Enables users to search the Web, Usenet, and images. Features include PageRank, caching and translation of results, and an option to find similar pages.

but the address they give below the description is:
“freescan.antivirus.com/google.html – 7k – Cached – Similar pages”

I’ve tried Ad-Aware and came up with nothing and also my Symantec AntiVirus with no luck. I’ve also tried turning off cookies from 3rd-parties and clearing all browser history and still no luck. If anyone can help it would be very appreciated.
It’s not just google though, it affects yahoo also, and every description for every result is right but all of the results lead to and unrelated website

It has to do nothing with your PC.
It’s a problem in Google’s search algorithms which, hopefully, they’ll solve it soon.

Is there a email interface to read yahoo answers? (Outlook or Windows mail)?

Question by Crazy Palms: Is there a email interface to read yahoo answers? (Outlook or Windows mail)?
Hi – Yahoo answers is a great resource. I would like to know if there is a email plugin for Outlook 2010 or Windows mail (or even gmail) to read the Yahoo answers – just like we can read a newsgroup in a email client like Windows mail.

Is this possible? That would be very useful. Today, I get an email when my questions are answered; what I am looking for is to read others questions and answers in a email client (just like I would read a usenet newsgroup via email client)

Thanks for any help here !!!

Not directly that I know of. However, if you go to the HOME page of Yahoo Answers and scroll down about 1/2 way, on the RIGHT, there is an RSS feed link there. If you click on that, you can ‘subscribe’ to that RSS feed and that might do what you want.

Unless your ISP provides a Usenet feed, you have to subscribe to a separate service. Adelphia at one time provided Usenet access in their cable modem service. Try entering in Google something like this: Usenet+provider
