Question by Think Outside the Ballot Box: Is mainstream news edited, censored or practicing omittance to avoid conflict of interest in advertising?
For example, would Fox News run a segment forecasting a decline or stagnation in the value of gold when several major gold dealers pay for so much advertising on the network?
@Truthseeker, I think you completely misunderstood the question. Let me rephrase the details for clarification: This is an example and hasn’t actually happened. If there was a very prominent economist claiming that gold prices were about to plummet and to “get out now,” would Fox News (or any network) air a segment on it despite having so much sponsorship from companies that rely on the sale of gold?

I don’ think Fox is. I purchase gold and have been for the past 10 years and haven’t been streed wrong!
